i’m staring myself in the mirror in this shot. maybe thats what made for such an expression.
it has been said that we are a perfect reflection of everything that exists. consciousness becoming aware of itself.

it has also been said that the eyes are the window to the soul. i’ve always thought of that from an “outside looking in” perspective:
look into my eyes and see all my fears and ambitions at once.
but now i’m thinking of it from an “inside looking out” point-of-view: behind my eyes is everything that the the world is made up of, looking out experiencing life through me…
So maybe when the eyes meet in the mirror it is like the universe is seeing itself for the first time over and over again….for exactly what it is.
like a wave realizing it’s water.

its so easy for me to get lost in this fantasy life.. i see everything as a glorified movie scene. except all of this is real to me. perception truly is everything.
